Cruise Control Australia offers a wide range of convenient airport and cruise parking services. Whether you’re looking for a short or long cruise holiday, you can leave email or speak to one of our friendly experts. We also provide you with affordable and secure parking facilities so you know your vehicle is in safe hands while you’re on holiday.
Effective 21-1-2025, our price adjustment will be made to our day rate of $35.50, which include gst as we are now a proprietary limited company.
We offer parking with monitored back-to-base thermal imaging CCTV.
We provide a personalised service unlike shuttle-based businesses and public car parks.
We are responsible for our clients’ vehicles whilst in our care, except in the case of extreme weather conditions, acts of God which are out of our control and whilst in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse service on the day if a vehicle is unsafe, unroadworthy or not capable of being secure.
Vehicles arriving with excessive rubbish on floors and seating will not be accepted till rubbish is removed, especially if electing to be washed as it is unfair on our staff and car wash contractor.
We reserve the right to refuse service to known social media identities who cowardly use illegal, fake and fraudulent Facebook IDs, serial pests and keyboard warriors who we have legally dealt with in the past.
Short break cruises have scaled flat-rate charges
Up to 4 days in duration: Cost $175.50 inc.
5 Days in duration: Cost $180.50 inc.
6 Days in duration: Cost $190.50 inc.
Cruises 7 Days in duration: $28.50 per day per vehicle
Please call Vicki on 0430 566 689 before leaving the ship on approach to the ship’s gangway, not after you have exited the terminal please. This is to ensure your vehicle is waiting for you outside the cruise terminal door or the adjacent forecourt, and you won’t be left waiting for your vehicle.
If you opted to pay extra to have your car detailed, it will be sparkling clean, professionally hand washed and vacuumed awaiting your arrival outside the cruise terminal door or the adjacent forecourt.
We will help you load your luggage and you’re outta there!
Our Airport Service
One price only $28.50 a day starting from 7 days onwards.
For services of more than 4 days, a flat-rate minimum charge of up to 4 days of $175.50 inclusive, then an additional $2.50 per day up to 6 days.
- We offer secure outside parking for vehicles that require solar charging to charge appliances such as refrigeration etc
- We have monitored back to base thermal imaging CCTV
We provide a personalised service unlike Shuttle based Businesses & Public Car Parks.
We are responsible for our clients vehicles whilst in our care, excluding:
- Extreme Weather Conditions
- Acts of God which are out of our control whilst in transit or yours!
Unlike Public Car Parks or Shuttle Based Businesses, Who State Like Wilson’s Car Parking Stations who other businesses uses “All Care Taken No Responsibility Accepted” in small print on the back of their dockets or tickets issued not easily seen visually, or accessed on published information they provide.
We reserve the right to refuse service on the day if a vehicle is:
- unsafe
- unroadworthy
- not capable of being secured
- Vehicles arriving with unacceptable amounts of rubbish on floors and seating, Will not be accepted till rubbish is removed ESPECIALLY if electing to be washed as it is a unfair expectation on our staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to known social media Identities who cowardly use illegal, fake and fraudulent Facebook ID’s, serial pests & keyboard warriors which we have legally dealt with in the past.
Important information
Booking:
- Inform us if traveling in a group with multiple vehicles
- Do not arrive at cruise terminals together without disclosure to avoid service delays
- 20% deposit required upon successful booking
- Full payment due 14 days prior to embarkation/flight date
- Bookings through website only
- Confirmation sent within 72 hours
Email Communication:
- Microsoft no longer supports Hotmail accounts
- Emails from Hotmail accounts may be rejected or end up in spam/junk folders
- Check spam/junk folders before contacting us
Service Locations:

- White Bay Cruise Terminal Rozelle (Enter through James Craig Rd only)
Required Interactions:
- Text your name and vehicle registration number the day before your cruise/flight
- Text when 40 minutes out from the cruise terminal
- Call 0430566689 when 5 minutes out from cruise terminals
- Walk-around inspection upon arrival
- Text before stepping off the ship on debarkation day (cruise service only)
Pricing:
- Short Break Cruises (1-6 days): Flat rates starting from $175.50
- 7+ Day Cruises: $28.50 per day per vehicle
- Airport Service: Flat rates from $175.50 to $199.50
- Hotel Pick-up: $45 per vehicle (additional charge)
Additional Information:
- EV charging available for $20
- No pick-ups after 3 pm due to peak hour traffic
- Assistance with luggage for disabled passengers only
- Remove rubbish from vehicles before arrival
